Bath newly remodeled, shared with one other. All utilities FREE, including high-speed internet. Washer/dryer, storage space, parking on property. Come use the kitchen! There\\'s plenty of counter and cabinet space, including your own pantry and a shared full-size refrigerator, gas range, coffee maker, blender, etc. Eat at the large kitchen table, or many of our renters like eating in their rooms. On the lake in safe quiet neighborhood, easy access to interstate and Navy bases, and straight shot into downtown Norfolk. The beach is 5 minutes away. Beautiful tall pines in front, lake in back. My husband and I (and 3 kitties) live in separate part of the house. Everyone is responsible, clean, respectful of others. Security is vital to your peace of mind, and you will get a new unique code for your bedroom keypad lock. Minimum stay is 3 months. $900/month. Longer is possible if everyone feels it\\'s working well. . Our best wish is that you feel at home and at ease here. There are a few simple, commonsense house rules. No smoking, no pets, no recreational drugs. Respect others. Clean up after yourself. We try to keep things simple, fresh, free-flowing, and lovely, so that you live and sleep well. Come see!
