    Hello! We are Travis and Kaia. I am a 27-year-old law student who lives with my fiancée in a house that we own. He is a 37-year-old who works for the Coast Guard. We travel the majority of the month for work. Safety is our top priority. We have 24-hour surveillance with doors and windows kept locked when the home is unoccupied. Each room has its own locking system. The main entrance is keyless and can only get entered with an assigned fingerprint or code. It is a great quiet space located in a safe suburban neighborhood close to the beaches and outlets! We have a 7/11 and Walgreens within walking distance. Your room will be unfurnished (pics show furnished for visual concept), but the remaining rooms such as the living room, dining, and an appliance-stocked kitchen will be and may be used at your leisure. This room has just been completely renovated from top to bottom. You will be the first to occupy it. Features include freshly sanded and painted walls, waterproof vinyl flooring, outlets with USB ports, a fan/light with a remote, and a redone closet. We are asking for $850 and a $850 security deposit that will be returned if house rules are followed. Wifi/Utilities are free. The property is a work in progress. Rooms, walls, appliances, and carpeting are slowly being renovated and replaced to increase the value of the home. To ensure a quality stay, we do require background checks. This includes credit, eviction, criminal reports, and proof of employment/income. For military personnel, this process will not be so convoluted. We are looking for a working, intelligent, clean, and kind individual to occupy a room in our home. We prefer males, preferably in the military, but not a requirement. We are a smoke-free and pet-free home. If smoking is a must, it is to be done outside. Parking is available either on the side street or in the driveway. We aim to provide a comfortable and safe home. We will provide house rules and a lease once an agreement is made and after a background check has been processed.
