Hello, I'm Varick. I'm looking for a room mate long term or short term. I prefer a long term room mate so if you know you are only going to be here for a month or two its probably best to find another spot. I have lived here for a year and have enjoyed every moment by the water. The yard is right front of the place with the water next to it. There is a dock for fishing and even another boat slip for someone that wants to move their boat here next to mine. I'm an easy going guy and I would like to meet up first before making any decisions for the space. Facetime is always good if you are in another state.
